Utilities -> Items -> Item Setup
1. Once you have searched your item toggle "Active" to "No".
2. Click [Save].
Tip! To reactivate a billing item you will need to remove the check mark from the bottom "Only search Active items" in the "Item Quick Search" screen, then follow the above steps, toggle "Yes" and click [Save].
