As long as initial setup has been done correctly when billing 3rd party, all limits should be tracked & visits deducted accordingly. If you're finding your count is "off" ensure your billing item is setup to count toward 3rd party limits (or not).
Utilities -> Items -> Item Setup
1. Select "Yes" to count toward 3rd party visit limits.
2. Click [Save].
Tip! To ensure values remain correct on the patient account, ANY billing adjustments for 3rd party MUST be done under Billing -> Billing Adjustment -> 3rd Party Transactions.
