A double click in the "Diagnosis" box will launch your speed keys. 
Build speed keys to have a section designated for capturing your diagnosis, you always have the option to simply type here as well. Once you've entered your diagnosis click [Save], ChiroSUITE will then save and carry forward the diagnosis until it is modified.
