Some extended health benefit providers now require a "Primary Treatment Area" to be entered when billing online for patients.
Utilities -> Clinic -> Diagnosis Codes
1. Filter to "Used in ChiroSUITE".
2. Toggle Yes or No in "Use in CS" for codes you would like to be active. Tip! You can add your own codes and also ICD10 Codes by clicking in the top left orange box, go to the bottom of the screen and enter in the blank (new record) field.
There are 3 options to setup new codes on Patient Accounts.
1. Patient Tracker. Tip! This will be the best option in most scenarios.
2. 3rd Party Payor Setup. Tip! Use this if the codes are specific to this 3rd party payor only.
3. Add on check out screen.
