Billing/Payments/Items/Third Party

__ Added Third Party Payment Summary report to A/R Reports.
__ Added ability to label Acct credits so they are easier to use. Enable in System Settings & User Security (for each user you want to be able to edit) & dbl-click on the Acct line in the Patn A/R display, then click [Add Acct Description] to update. The changes will reflect in the Payment options & Pay Out Credits screen.
__ Added Sales by Item Detailed, by Prac report to Reports -> Sales Reports screen to help with breaking out items like tips for a time range.
__ Added TELUS eClaims data changes.
__ Resolved issue with Extended Insurance PreAuth mechanics. It should now function as expected.
__ Resolved rare issue in TELUS eClaims when Partial Paid item is returned.
