__ Added the ability to see [All] Payrs on the Billing Adjustment -> 3rd Party Transactions tab so you can transfer billing to a Payr that hasn't been used before.

__ Modiifed all 3rd party screens to resolve issue when no value is put into the YTD.
__ Modified Billing Adjustment, 3rd Party tab for speed.
__ Modified $250,000 Payr Limit to be more flexible in the future if required.
__ Modified SOA to better show 3rd Billing Date when it differs from Trans Date.

__ Added [Edit] button to Patient Tracker -> Docs screen to make it easier to open patient documents in their native application for editing.

__ Modified Doc Review screen to default to prac currently logged on :)
__ Modified SOAP Notes Questions list to include an Id# | QuesType to help with navigation & troubleshooting.  Let us know if it's too distracting :)
__ Modified Patient Documents/Files to allow you to sort by FileD or File Descrption by clicking on the column heading.  These settings will default the next time you open the screen but are held by the machine, not the user.
__ Modified the Patient Documents/Files All heading to allow you to toggle between All & None selected.
__ Modified SOAP Question setup to disallow editing question types after the question has been created or copied.

__ Resolved issue with Missing SOAP Records not printing by "Sort appts by Patient" version of the report.
